Help us shape the future of Sheridan’s parks and recreation system! The City of Sheridan is updating our community’s plan for parks and recreation. Please help us determine what types of parks, recreation facilities and services should be provided in the future by completing this brief questionnaire. Your responses are confidential and will help us understand Sheridan’s needs and priorities. Each member of your household is asked to fill out a questionnaire.
If you have any questions, please contact Chuck Carbert, Parks Manager, at: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at: 675-4260.
Thank you for your time and feedback.
