The Treasurer’s Office is charged with maintaining accounting records of the city and performing accounts payable, as well as serving as the receiving officer and custodian for city funds. Additionally, the Treasurer’s office supervises utility billing operations and the Cashier’s Office, where payment on all bills from the City is handled.
